The wine menu at Norwoods, run by sommelier Livio Porcellato, focuses mainly on wines from British Columbia and is complimented by wines of contrast from the new and old worlds. With as many as 18 wines available by the half glass or full glass, there is an excellent opportunity for everyone to pair wines to the menu item of their choice.
On the menu are many boutique and hard to find wine makers from British Columbia such as Kettle Valley, Joie, and Blue Mountain. New wines are arriving weekly with wine makers’ dinners being planned for the winter months. Premium Sakes, Ports, Scotches and other spirits are also available.
