Having toured and worked through Asia and Europe during his career, Chef Richard Norwood’s cuisine reflects the flavors of those areas. The menu offers many appetizer sized plates and guests are able to sample or share a wide range of choices and to pair these choices with suggested wines from the wine menu. Dinner specials are featured nightly with mostly local fish from Ucluelet fish mongers in the summer time, graduating to heartier dishes in the winter as the fresh fish becomes less available when the storms start to roll in. All seafood choices are part of the Oceanwise program in conjunction with the Vancouver Aquarium, promoting awareness and responsible stewardship of our oceans.
